The problem

Why Pyron exists.

The rotary-kiln burning zone is the hardest control loop in heavy industry. Operators hold clinkering near 1,450 °C by feel, and a small drift in feed, fuel, or oxygen makes weak clinker, wrecks refractory with rings and balls, or trips the kiln. Alternative fuels make the flame harder to read, and the veteran operators who run it are retiring.

How it works.

Pyron runs the raw mix and the pyroprocess as one closed loop. It proportions the kiln feed for stable chemistry, then controls the calciner, feed rate, fuel, oxygen, flame, and alternative-fuel firing to form the target clinker phases. It fuses burning-zone camera vision, DCS telemetry, and online-analyzer chemistry, and writes setpoints back under human checkpoints with a full audit trail.
