The problem

Why Cemtwin exists.

Change the raw mix, fuel blend, or cement type and you wait to find out if it worked. Hours for the kiln to settle, a day for clinker chemistry, a month for concrete strength. Trialing on the live kiln risks rings, balls, off-spec clinker, and wasted fuel, and rare upsets cannot be reproduced safely to train people or models.

What it does

How it works.

Cemtwin is a physics and data twin of the whole line. It simulates the preheater, calciner, and burning zone, the clinker phases, finish grinding, and concrete strength, so you can test a change in software and land on spec before committing the real burn and pour. It also manufactures rare fault scenarios as training data and auto-optimizes the raw mix and firing that Pyron executes.
