Quality, live
Free lime, phase, and litre-weight prediction at sub-second cadence.
Perception core · Clinkum ecosystem
Clinker quality in real time. Free lime, phases, and strength before the lab.
The problem
Most plants run blind on live clinker quality. Free lime, alite and belite phases, and litre weight come from hourly lab samples, so operators correct the burn an hour late, after off-spec clinker is already made. The number that matters most, 28-day concrete strength, is a month away.
What it does
Clinvue predicts quality as it happens. It fuses online XRF/XRD chemistry, burning-zone pyrometry, clinker-texture vision, and kiln telemetry to call free lime, phases, litre weight, defects, and 28-day strength in minutes instead of hours. Every prediction is grounded with citations to the source spectra and the spec it is checked against, EN 197 and ASTM C150.
Six capabilities, all sharing Clinkum's plant-edge platform, cement models, and audit trail.
Free lime, phase, and litre-weight prediction at sub-second cadence.
28-day strength predicted from clinker, grinding, and mix signals.
Over-burnt, dusty, and coating defects caught by texture models.
Analyzer chemistry, pyrometry, and telemetry read as one signal.
Spec-aware warnings with citations back to the source data.
Golden-dataset evaluation and drift monitoring on every model.
Where it fits
Clinvue is the perception layer the rest of Clinkum runs on. It feeds Pyron and Cemtwin, informs Carbex's energy trade-offs and Pourix's strength targets, and takes in Refron's robotic samples.
Runs on: Jetson Orin plus L4/L40S at the edge, DGX for cross-site training.
