Six products · one loop

One plant, run by six products that share a brain.

Each product owns a stage of the cement-to-concrete chain, from the quarry to the pour. They run on the same plant-edge platform, the same cement and clinker models, and the same data, so every sample, burn, and pour makes all six sharper.

Pyron
Control core

The autonomous burning zone. Every kiln, fired right.

Explore Pyron
Clinvue
Perception core

Clinker quality in real time. Free lime, phases, and strength before the lab.

Explore Clinvue
Cemtwin
Simulation core

Hit spec before the burn and the pour. The cement digital twin.

Explore Cemtwin
Carbex
Energy & emissions

Less energy, more alternative fuel, lower CO2. Tuned every minute.

Explore Carbex
Refron
Physical layer

Robots that sample, scan, and inspect the kiln, so people don't have to.

Explore Refron
Pourix
Concrete core

Every pour on-spec. Autonomous ready-mix and precast.

Perceive → decide → act

Not six tools. One loop.

Clinvue perceives clinker quality in real time and feeds everything else. Pyron acts on that signal to run the burning zone. Cemtwin simulates the line and validates the moves before they happen. Carbex tunes energy and CO₂ over the same loop. Refron does the physical work, sampling and inspecting the kiln. Pourix closes the chain at the pour.

Every intervention, sample, inspection, burn, and pour becomes training data, kept per-tenant and assurance-isolated. That is the moat point tools cannot copy.

Start with one product. Grow into the loop.

Most plants land on Clinvue or Pyron first, prove the ROI, then add the rest.
