The problem
Concrete is where cement's value is proven or lost. Batching sets the water-cement ratio, admixtures, and slump, but 28-day strength is a month away, so plants over-design mixes to be safe, wasting cement and CO₂, or ship weak loads that fail acceptance. Cement chemistry drifts from the kilns upstream, and batching stays reactive with no live strength predictor.

Because it reads Clinvue's cement quality and Pyron's clinker outcomes, the mix adapts to the actual cement made that day, which cuts over-design, rejected loads, and embodied carbon while holding strength.
